Healthy Cup Cakes!

How is it possible to create healthy cupcakes? Cupcakes that children can take to school without the fear of food rejection from the school, introducing my latest creation Cup-Wich.

It’s a combination of the healthy ingredients of a sandwich with the look of a cupcake.

Ingredients:

Bread

Dips, I used Wattle Valley Dips.

Cherry tomatoes and cucumbers

Paper cup cake holders.

Have a look at the images to see just how awesome they are, the video will demonstrate the ease of making them.

Have a go, they’re awesome school holiday fun too. Children can make their own lunch whilst creating their own Cup-Wich.
