This is so simple, inspired by my mum’s home made creation when I was a young boy many many moons ago. However, it seemed that my mum would be in the kitchen for hours making them. So here is my simple no time at all version.
What do you need?
- Puff Pastry
- Dark Chocolate
Cut large triangles as you can see in the pic, add your favourite ingredients. I’ve added ricotta in the above pic.
Roll the pastry and the ingredients up, it starts to look like a croissant almost. Pinch the edges and pop them in the oven or airfryer. The oven pre-heat to 180 and they should take about 15 minutes to bake. The airfryer will only take 8-9 minutes, bake till they’re golden in colour.
Look how awesome they look in the School Lunch Box. Super cool I think. They’re crispy and also an awesome after school snack or weekend lunch.
You can check out the video on the simple step by step process on my Facebook video HERE it’s easier than me writing everything down, I’m a dad remember.
Enjoy and send through your Puff Pastry Thingy’s creations.
Peace to your little people.
