Daffodil’s & Scrolls, I discovered these easy & fun snacks for our little ones. Using just one wrap and a muffin tray, simple ingredients and bang, I’ve done it again.
What you’ll need:
- Wraps, I love the Wattle Valley range as the sizes are perfect plus they have Lite White and Wholegrain.
- Oven or Air Fryer
- Muffin Tray
- Plus the usual knife etc
As most of you know, I’m a dad so I’d rather let the photo’s show you how it’s done as I forget things, also, I’m one of those guys that doesn’t follow instructions, and then my wife reads the instructions and fixes it.
So here we go:
I use a pizza cutter to cut wings off the wrap.
Just make it look like the pic above.
Now do the same but the opposite way, Just look at the pic and copy.
I put the cheese on the bottom and then cracked an egg on top. So easy.
You guessed it, straight in the oven for about 15 min on 170. or an air fryer for half the time on 160.
How awesome hey? Now for the scroll, these are so easy.
Using the left over from the Daffodil creation just follow the steps…
Cutting the ham in half can be tricky. LOL, see how complicated this can get!
You got this…
This can be tricky now, folding it over and you’ve become an origami expert.
Rolling it slowly ensures it stays nice and tight.
Look at that! you are killing it.
I used a toothpic to keep it together, this is not cheating, it’s just enhancing your culinary skills.
A few minutes in the air fryer or the oven and you have an awesome scroll.
Well done, I’m super proud of you.
