These simple Pizza Pockets rock!, follow my “dad” instructions.
What you will need:
- Puff Pastry
- Tomato Paste
- Cheese, I used bocconcini
- An oven or airfryer
- Cookie Cutter
- Big smile.
Puff Pastry, simple so far hey.
Using a cookie cutter, cut a few holes in the pastry
A dollop of tomato paste in the middle, spread a little with a spoon.
Put some cheese in the middle, I love using bocconcini as it’s light and tasty.
Cover the ingredients with another puff pastry cut out.
Secure the edges and push down with your fingers.
Should look like this.
Into the air fryer or oven, air fryer on 160 for 6 minutes or the oven for 12 minutes on 170.
Seriously easy and yummo, you can make a batch and just freeze them… Enjoy.
