Banana Bread – Dad Style

This is seriously too easy!

This is to date my favourite creation. Banana Bread dad style. I always look at ways of simplifying favourite recipes.  I like to keep it real.

Here is my simplified recipe:

Ingredients: Banana, Wholemeal Bread and Cinnamon. That’s it!

Follow the images below as it’s easier than me writing it.  Hey, it works for IKEA.

Blender, just add one banana and 3 slices of bread.

Sprinkle some cinnamon.

Blitz for about 15 seconds.

Make any shape you like, I like making balls as it’s easy. Pop them into the air fryer for 5 minutes on 180 or a conventional oven 180 for 10-12 minutes.

As you can see below, they look awesome and they’re awesome in the School Lunch Box or even as a snack.
