Puff-Veggies

So your kids won’t eat veggies, one option is to turn the lights off so they can’t see what they’re eating, or, hide them and make them fun.  Option 2 is the way to go.

Check out my dad style of veggie puffs that are easy to make and fun to eat.

What you need:

  • puff pastry
  • veggies
  • oven
  • love

Firstly, cut the puff pastry sheets into 10cm squares

Prepare your veggies

Fill the centre of the puff pastry with your veggies.

Fold over the edges of the pastry, so easy hey?

Start rolling the pastry, seriously too easy.

Pop the Veggie-Puffs in the oven for 12 minutes on 180 or an air fryer for 6 minutes on 180.

Add your favourite dipping sauce and you are rockin the best veggie snack ever.
